Check-in begins at 3:00
pm on Friday in the Dining Hall and check out is
3:00 pm on Sunday unless you have super-sized your
weekend. A light supper (served from 5:00 pm until
6:00 pm on Friday night) as well as all other meals
and snacks through Sunday Brunch are included in the
cost of your weekend. While our housing facilities
are nice, clean and have bathrooms in the buildings,
we are a youth camp facility. Most of our rooms
sleep 6 people on 3 sets of bunks. Small groups may
be housed together.
Building Options for
Dining Hall –
Our Dining Hall is set up for about 80 scrapbooking
guests. Each guest has her own table and access to
electricity. If you scrapbook in the Dining Hall you
will be housed in one of our retreat centers, which
are a short walk away. All meals are served buffet
style in the Dining Hall, and our gift shop and
scrapbooking supplies are also located there.
Oak Hollow –
Our Oak Hollow Retreat Center is set for about 50
scrapbooking guests. Each guest has her own table
and access to electricity. If you scrapbook in Oak
Hollow you will also sleep in Oak Hollow. Meals and
scrapbooking supplies are a short walk away in the
Dining Hall. All snacks will be delivered to Oak
Hollow for uninterrupted scrapbooking!

For an additional fee
you can add an extra 24 hours to your scrapbooking
weekend. Stay in your spot, spread out to a nearby
table and continue scrapbooking until 3:00 pm on
Monday. Your stay includes supper on Sunday night,
brunch on Monday morning and plenty of snacks to
keep you going.
The Pine Cone Shoppe is bursting with new products
for your books!
The store is open 24 hours a day. Rene
Bergman, our Creative Memories Consultant, will be
on site for the weekend. You may pay for all of
your purchases at the end of your stay via cash,
check or credit card.
The garage sale will be on Friday evening. This
event is intended to allow you to sell
products/supplies that you no longer use and to
search through other people’s surplus. You are
responsible to mark and price all of your items, set
them out and retrieve those items that don’t sell on
Friday night. Everything should be priced
individually and in full dollar increments. Less
expensive items may be bundled together in ziploc
bags. Price tags and seller numbers will be
available at check-in.
Smith Printing will be on site during the
Spring Scrap n Stamp weekends to hot foil stamp your albums. Orders will
be taken on the first night of the retreat and
completed in the order received. You may visit their

The camp phone number is 218-575-2240. Our office
is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.
If there is an after hours emergency, an emergency
number will be given on the answering machine.
If you find that you must cancel your registration,
please let us know as soon as possible. We
will try to get someone in off the wait list. If we
receive your cancellation more than two weeks prior
to the start of your weekend, you will receive a
refund, minus a $30 processing fee. If you cancel
less than two weeks prior your weekend, you will not
receive a refund unless we are able to fill your
spot from the wait list.
