Pillsbury Horse Trip
Pillsbury
State Forest provides the backdrop for campers to enjoy horseback riding in a rustic
camping environment. Campers will ride out 20
miles to the Pillsbury campsite. They will then
spend two days exploring the wooded backcountry
trails of Pillsbury State Forest. Riders will
learn basic horse care and riding skills to put
into practice out on the trail. They will also
enjoy devotions, meals and fellowship around the
campfire. The riders will return with new
skills, new friends and a new appreciation for
God’s creation.
